Author Information

Jean-­Marie Lespinasse, worked at the Bordeaux-Aquitaine branch of the National Institute for Agricultural Research in France from 1962 to 2000. He is a specialist in the breeding and study of fruit trees. Évelyn Leterme is the founder and director of the Conservatoire Vegetal Regional d'Aquitaine (CVRA) in France.
