Ms. Neville hones experience of developing, managing, and maintaining community partnerships to enhance programming for area non-profits, as well as establishing partnerships in the community to improve the outreach efforts on the local government level, facilitating parenting classes, as well as writing and managing grants (small scale to Federal level), and developing programmatic grants based on community outreach. Ms. Neville is passionate about strengthening single family households. She is the President/CEO of the Neville Empowerment Network, Inc ., where she aims to inspire others to see beyond, beyond through a variety of forms of outreach; such as the annual You CAN Do Anything Too Symposium, the You CAN do Anything Too Book Scholarship, established through Virginia State University's Foundation, to cover the cost of books for a student who is working to earn their bachelor degree while raising a child full time. She manages a blog, Be A Singular Sensation, which provides news from an urban single parent perspective to: engage, enlighten, inform, inspire and connect single parents in the Prince William County area. The blog has a television show component, which airs on the Comcast's Community Channel, in Prince William County. In addition, she holds an annual Birthday Bag Drive, to make birthdays possible for Northern Virginia area youth, in transition. Ms. Neville is also the Founder of the Prince William County Minority Business Network! She served on the 2012 and 2013 Human Development and Education Policy Committee of the Virginia Municipal League, is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Prince William County NAACP, a member of the Minority Political Leadership Institute's class of 2012, is a member of the 2013 class of Leadership Prince William, was one of Virginia Leadership Institute's 2013 Top 10 Under 40, is a 2014 emPower Magazine Power Player for Social Activism, and was a recipient of the 2014 Prince William County Human Rights Award!
