Grief, Grace, and Healing on the Drive

Overview

After losing his young son, along with his parents and the career that defined him, Dr Giddeon Angafor found himself on a path he never intended to take, quite literally. Driving long distances to a less well-paid job, he realised that healing does not always happen in therapy rooms or quiet corners. Sometimes, it happens at 70 miles an hour, with the hum of an engine and the horizon stretching endlessly ahead.Grief, Grace, and Healing on the Drive is a raw, honest, and deeply hopeful memoir about navigating profound loss and unexpected change. Through vivid reflections and powerful metaphors, Angafor shares how grief reshaped his identity, how grace appeared in ordinary moments, and how the simple act of moving forward mile after mile became a lifeline. This book is for anyone who has faced heartbreak, career upheaval, or seasons of uncertainty. It's a reminder that even on the loneliest roads, grace can find you and healing can begin in motion. If you've ever wondered how to keep going when everything falls apart, this book will meet you where you are and whisper that the road ahead is not perfect, but it is possible.
