Her research interests are organizational and behavioural studies, human resource management (HRM), green HRM, employee green behavior, and green intellectual capital. Douglas Renwick is Associate Professor at Nottingham Business School, UK, where he undertakes research in green HRM, sustainable work and green jobs. His edited research text on green HR was first published in 2018.
