Dr Mavis Adu-Gyamfi is a Lecturer at the Department of Management Studies Education in the Faculty of Business Education (FBE) at the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED). She acquired her PhD in Management Science and Engineering in 2022 from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China. She is a Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA) and a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC). She received her MBA in 2016 from Swiss Management Centre University (SMCU), Zug - Switzerland, and her Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies in 2011 from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. She has publications in reputed international journals and has also co-authored other publications. Her current research interests include corporate social responsibility (CSR), green human resources, sustainability, organizational behavior and performance, strategic management, workplace environment and performance.
