She acquired her PhD in Management Science and Engineering in 2022 from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China. She is a Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA) and a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC). She received her MBA in 2016 from Swiss Management Centre University (SMCU), Zug - Switzerland, and her Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies in 2011 from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. She has publications in reputed international journals and has also co-authored other publications.
