Author Information

Iwakuni Kogyo is a manga artist and illustrator living in Adachi Ward, Tokyo. After working at an advertising agency, he became an assistant to an artist before working full-time as a freelance independent illustrator. He specializes in sci-fi, monster, and mechanical designs. He has frequently worked with Toho Co., Ltd. to draw illustrations for Godzilla promotional events, including drawing illustrations for commemorative hanafuda cards released for Godzilla’s 65th anniversary. He has also created illustrations for Hello Kitty and Peanuts jigsaw puzzles, as well as various apps and games.
