Dr. Hall-Ellis is an adjunct faculty member for the library and information science program at the University of Denver and a member of the national faculty for Emporia State University. DORIS MEYER is Director of Grant Development and Management, Aldine Independent School District, Houston, Texas. FRANK W. HOFFMANN is Professor of Library Science, Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas.
