Linda S. Day (a.k.a. Grandma) is a real cut-up and has been entertaining folks with her magic scissors for more years than she would like to say. Besides being a whiz with her scissors, she is the award winning author of Grandma's Magic Scissors, There's a Frog on a Log in the Bog, Frogazoom! and a talented illustrator of dozens of books. Linda is a member of StoryMasters(TM) a professional storytelling group that travels across the country. She is an Early Childhood Educator and has been a regional, state and district instructor in puppetry, arts and crafts, CDA accreditation, and Family History. She belongs to the National Storytelling Network, the Florida Storytelling Association, the Central Florida Storytellers, and the Florida Publishers Association. When not illustrating or telling stories, she spends time with her 8 children and 23 grandchildren.
