How not to be carried away by fear and sorrow or puffed up with pride and the pursuit of power over others. These meditations and poems examine the difference between kindness and indifference, discernment and self-deception, and humility and hubris. Listening to the still, small voice and having a beginner's mind that can help people to remain open and be transformed by what is possible as they engage changes large and small, throughout their lives.
