Overview""Government Health Warning"" is just that: not a warning by the government but one to the government that it has been rumbled. This collection of cartoons features all the stars of the current health system: the beleaguered minister, Mary Harney; the computer system that never worked; the chaotic A&E departments where even trolleys are scarce; mercenary consultants and the sellers of health foods and alternative medicines that promise the earth - but cost the earth as well. Acutely observant, hilarious and, above all, true, the cartoons in this collection hold a mirror up to a central aspect of Irish life. The surprising thing is that so little has changed since Aongus Collins began this series of health cartoons in 2003.
