He also loves to draw. Eli was selected to work on this project because of his love for growing and cultivating vegetables and herbs, his interests in other farming tasks and in animal husbandry. He contributed ideas for the formatting, and the content used in the creation of this book, as well as creating most of the drawings used in the book. Theresa Teti is a retired Doctor of Nutripathy (DN), the study of nutrition, public health, community health educator (MPH) and a high school special education teacher. She is a widow and has 2 sons, 3 stepsons, 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, all of whom are scattered around the country.
