"Children need to understand God's free will choice of salvation in Jesus Christ, or the damnation of the world and hell. Utilizing his creative advertising skills, Scott paired the truths of the scripture with simple but powerful illustrations that explain the child's choice. "Scott Middleton, follower of Jesus, has been an advertising art director, advertising sales executive prior to his current role as publisher for Our Journey Publishing company. Scott graduated from The University of Tennessee - Knoxville in advertising and worked in the field for over twenty years, winning five Addy Awards. Then on January 12, 1999, Scott was saved by the grace of God. After that moment, and for the next fifteen years, God began to use Scott's creative talents combined with his professional advertising skills to teach children in Sunday School. Instead of making customers buy more products, Scott's goal became to make children into disciples of Jesus Christ. His first job was an account executive and copywriter for an advertising agency, where he drove a new Chevy truck through a wall of strawbales in a low-budget commercial.
