Good Faith and Insurance Contracts sets out exhaustive analysis of the law concerning the duty of utmost good faith as applied to insurance contracts. The third edition has been updated to include references to new case law, any changes in the regulatory regime, and discussion on the movements towards law reform which have been undertaken over the past three years. The book is the only text book devoted to a discussion of the duty of utmostgood faith applicable to insurance contracts.
