As the name suggests, the book is all about humour and it is an entertaining read for all golfers. The next time the wife asks how you can spend over four hours out on the golf course and what you can possibly talk about for all this time, well, now they know the answer! On an awful wet and windy Sunday, when your golf ball is going in the opposite direction to where you want it to go and you feel like giving up on the game, then a bit of light relief and some entertaining jokes can lift the doom and gloom and raise the spirits again. Golf can be a lonely game when nothing seems to go right, and it is so important to have a bit of humour thrown into the equation. There is a great range of humour in this book, with lots of witty jokes, and it should appeal to a wide group of people who enjoy a laugh. This book is definitely a pick-me-up after a horrendous round. Enjoy the read and have a chuckle along the way. Dilwyn Phillips, who hails from Pontarddulais in south Wales, is the author of several joke books. He now lives in Los Montesinos, Spain and enjoys collecting stories from his golfing pals.
