Golden Age The Unexpected Conflict This story is set more than two centuries prior to the Forkbraid trilogy. A story set in the near future at a stage of humanity's evolution, where we humans have begun to colonise our solar system. Humanity is united and at the dawn of a new Golden Age, then the unexpected conflict befalls them. All terraforming and colonial expansion is organised from Eros, a world with a rock. An Asteroid that was carefully positioned in the Earth Sun Lagrangian point five, trailing sixty degrees behind the Earth in its orbit. Hollowed out, heavily modified and set rotating for artificial gravity, to create an entire world within. Doctor Gideon Reas is in charge of terraforming Mars and has come across disturbing problems originating from the planet. He travels to Eros to request aid in resolving the unusual issues. Can Doctor Gideon Reas solve the issues and prevent the unexpected conflict that threatens to engulf the entire solar system?
