Author Information

Robin Reed was born on the south side of Chicago, and that's why she sings the blues. She has been writing and cartooning all her life, though no one cares. She has lived in Illinois, Connectictut, Florida, and North Carolina, and now huddles in a cave-like one bedroom apartment somewhere near Los Angeles. She emerges into the outside world only to gather food and to see whether there are any harbingers of the apocalypse, such as people talking on cell phones while riding bicycles and twenty-four-hour fast food restaurants that start serving breakfast at midnight and won't sell her a damn cheeseburger at two fifteen in the morning when she really needs one.
