Dr Samieh Alissa serves as a member of the European Commission's Space Programme Committee - Galileo and EGNOS Configuration (SPC-GEC) and represents Sweden on ESA's Programme Board for Navigation (PB-NAV). His technical expertise spans Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), with significant contributions in Network RTK, RTCM Standards 104 and 134, and autonomous navigation. He has authored numerous publications and research papers presented at international conferences, including ION GNSS+.
