OverviewIn MBA admissions, the most common measure of managerial potential is the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). GMAT scores, albeit prescient of grades in Business College, leave a large part of the change in graduate school execution unexplained. Additionally, the GMAT results in group-specific test scores that can have a negative impact on the admissions process.
