Trust me, I have had many failures along the way! I have spent a lot of time researching, taking classes, reading books and testing a lot of processes. My dietary technology background has helped me be constantly thinking about where I can add nutrients and fiber whenever possible. The tips and techniques that I share in my books will equip you to be a successful baker in your home and carry on traditions.
