Overview

Gloria was a young widow with two sons and full of boundless energy when she took over the operation of a run down bar on the north side of town. It was a big challenge for a young mother but the rewards proved to be exceptional. She proved to the area that she had the 'spunk' and ambition to make such a business venture a huge success. Cora A. Seaman was born and reared in Warrick County in Southwest Indiana. She is the youngest of six children. The author brings her own experiences to the novel of career ambitions, travel, family trials and traumas, and a never-give-upworld-view often reflected in her characters. Following many years in the real estate business, she completed a Bachelors Degree after the age of 50. She has years of writing experience beginning with journals and magazines. She now has over 10 fiction and non-fiction books to her credit. The author currently lives in Southwest Indiana with her husband.
