B.N. GHOSH is currently Professor of Economics at the Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus, Turkey. He is also Director (Hon.) of the Centre of the Study of Human Development at Leeds, UK. He has written a large number of books and published extensively in refereed professional journals.
