Before joining Heidrick, she led Korn Ferry's Board practice in London. Her previous background included leading the strategy consulting practice of one of the then Big Eight accounting firms in Sydney,and senior management and policy positions in government and Parliaments in Australia and Canada, including as an Advisor to a Canadian cabinet minister.
