Bonnie C. Wade is is Professor Emerita of Music (Ethnomusicology) at the University of California, Berkeley, and Recipient of The Berkeley Citation (2016) for Distinguished Achievement. Patricia Shehan Campbell is Donald E. Petersen Professor of Music at the University of Washington, teaching courses in Music Education and Ethnomusicology.
