Bernadette Hanlon is Assistant Professor in the City and Regional Planning Program in the Knowlton School of Architecture at The Ohio State University. Thomas J. Vicino is Associate Professor of Political Science at Northeastern University in Boston, where he is also affiliated with the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs.
