Dr. José V. Sartarelli is a champion of education, imagination, and free speech. After a successful thirty-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, he moved into academia, serving first as dean and then chancellor before retiring in June 2022. He and his wife, Kathy, currently reside in Naples, Florida. Dalene Bickel is an author, book coach, and the founder of Lasting Legacies Publishing LLC, a life story publishing company. As a professional writer and editor, her work has been featured in numerous periodicals and publications. She lives near Wilmington, NC with her husband and two children.
