""Girlhood, Pretty Is not Enough"" teaches and encourages teen girls and young women to live a Godly life even though we live in a culture that lays so much value on outer beauty. The author whose life experiences she wants to share with young women as encouragement. The message is to help young women connect with the experiences of the writer. For so long the world has dictated to girls what beauty is, but it is time to change the narratives by showing them who they are, who God says they are, and what God says they are. And that their identity is rooted in Christ alone. Most especially, this book is to encourage and challenge young women to be unapologetic in their faith. I love to invest and pour into young women because it is easier catching them young, which is the same as fetching water upstream before it gets contaminated downstream. The world is slowly but surely imposing on young women that they are valuable and pretty only if they are popular and physically attractive. Physical attributes have nothing to do with one's value, but our identity in Christ is what matters. Your weaknesses and physical flaws opportunities to glorify your creator God. ""Girlhood, Pretty is not Enough"" is most especially for my younger sisters coming up behind me. I love to invest in young women who are promising and responsible to understand what walking in divine obedience is. My prayer is that every single word in this book falls on fertile ground. This book is a curriculum and Advice I would give my teenage self and my early-twenties self. Most importantly this book is intended to: lead young women to Christ Understand the true definition of beauty Discover life's purpose and guidelines to live life intentionally Helping young women discover their uniqueness in Christ, using positive examples of bible women characters.

Theresia Tabe is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), a wife, author, speaker and mother of three. She is the founder and president of The No Girl Left Behind Non-Profit Organization, an academic and faith-based initiative. The mission of No Girl left Behind is to educate and empower young women and sharing the truth about God's word. This ministry equips young women to become better versions of themselves, knowing that their identity is rooted in Christ alone. Theresia Tabe also serves in the Teen ministry in her home church, Living Faith Church in Richardson, North Dallas, Texas.
