Tijuana Gholson, is a Business Owner, Nonprofit Founder, Business Coach, Community Strategist and Entrepreneur Educator who serves her community by partnering with community organizations, schools, and other business owners to do community development work. Ti'Juana is the founder of a global business network called Ladies Impacting Professional Systems (AKA L.I.P.S. TM), a women's empowerment and networking group with over 1200 on-line members. Ti'Juana is the founder of The Women's Business Symposium, an annual business symposium that fosters conversations between small business owners and local, state and federal government. Ti'Juana has developed a small business education program called The Winning Team Model which provides foundational business education for small businesses. This model has been used in her coaching practice for years. Ti'Juana and her team has had the honor of educating over 250 small businesses during the pandemic helping them to reset. She's developed mentoring programs for at-risk youth, written financial education books for women, teens and children, written self-esteem books for children and spends time mentoring and equipping small, women, veteran and minority owned businesses to be their better selves in business and financially.
