She traveled in Up With People and loves to help people grow and become the source of change in their lives. When not writing books, she helps leaders globally to attract, develop, retain and engage talent in companies. She is a Hoffman Teacher and Coach and loves coaching people and leaders to become whole. Betsy Myers is a leadership expert and keynote speaker globally on women in leadership and organizational effectiveness. She served as chief operating officer and senior adviser to Barack Obama's 2007 presidential campaign and chaired the Women for Obama organization. A senior official in the Clinton Administration, she was the first director of the White House Office for Women's Initiatives and Outreach. Before joining the Obama campaign, she was executive director of Harvard's Center for Public Leadership and was founding director of the Center for Women in Business at Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
