The catalog of the exhibition held from 8th October 2023 to 31st March 2024 in San Giovanni Valdarno (Florence) focuses on Giovanni Mannozzi, better known as Giovanni da San Giovanni, whose figure is here the subject of new insights. Mannozzi (1592-1636) emerges from the panorama of the early seventeenth century for his original neo-manneristic taste, for his synthetic brushstrokes, for the freshness of his colors and for his particular flair.
