Author Information

Marcel Thompson is an award-winning gin maker, author and podcast host whose career began as an assistant distiller in New Zealand in the 1980s. His experience spans both traditional and contemporary distilling operations, and his unique skillset has seen him work with international and domestic partners and commercialise new products for craft distilleries.
