Her mission is to make science fun, accessible, and empowering for individuals of all ages (5-105). Aidyl's research in astrobiology includes studying soil health and microbiomes in extreme environments, from the Arctic to lava tube caves in the Azores.The Explorers Club recognized Aidyl as one of the ""Fifty People Changing the World"" for their class of 2024.
