Julie Minikel-Lacocque is Assistant Professor of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she directs the Bilingual Education Program. She received her PhD at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her work can be seen in the American Educational Research Journal as well as Curriculum Inquiry.
