This is a book for those who already have some experience with rope bondage and want to progress to more advanced suspensions. The book shows how to prepare the suspension points, and goes into great detail about the safety aspects of suspending a person with ropes. The book goes on to show how to tie the harnesses which are used in lifting the person and gives step by step guidance on how to perform various versions of suspension.
