Overview

Die vorliegende Arbeit ist ein Versuch, Schmelztabletten von Ondansetronhydrochlorid zu entwickeln. Der Wirkstoff-Harz-Komplex wurde durch direkte Kompression zu einer im Mund zergehenden Tablette unter Verwendung von mikrokristalliner Cellulose PH 102 als Verdünnungsmittel und Croscarmellose-Natrium und Natriumstärkeglycolat als Superdisintegrationsmittel formuliert, während Aspartam als Süßungsmittel zur Verbesserung der Schmackhaftigkeit verwendet wurde. Die Geschmacksmaskierung erfolgte unter Verwendung von Polacrilex-Harz Tulsion 335. Die hergestellte Formulierung kann für Patienten mit Schluckbeschwerden nützlich sein.
