OverviewPublished by the American Geophysical Union as part of the Field Trip Guidebooks Series, Volume 308. This guidebook describes the geology of areas we will visit in the western Klamath Mountains and Coast Ranges of northernmost California. Articles are arranged in the order of our travel, from Medford to Crescent City on highway 199, and south to Eureka on coastal highway 101. Authors summarize the regional geologic setting and results of their research and earlier studies of the areas we will visit in review papers. Thus the geologic background necessary for interpretation of field stops is provided without the need of additional papers. Full Product DetailsAuthor: KR Aalto , G. D. Harper , G. A. Carver , S. M.
