This book is meant to provide all the details of relevance to modern, gentle varicose vein removal by means of concentrated saline solution. It is intended to inform patients about what this therapy is about, what to expect and what the prospects of its success are. It is also meant as a manual for therapists, providing them with all the necessary references and answers to their questions. Ideally, these therapists have received training in the guild for gentle varicose vein removal (see annex) and thereby learned all the tricks of relevance. It may be easy to obliterate individual veins. But it's another thing to achieve lasting and impressive results with saline injections, as some therapists who have tried the method know from woeful, first-hand experience. This book is also intended as a comprehensive guide on techniques for gentle healing of varicose veins. Certainly, vulnerability to varicose veins is to a great extent hereditary and correlated to ageing. However, the changes in lifestyle one can adopt for the good of one's varicose veins will also be described here. I would also like novices to learn about all gentle therapies which are otherwise possible, because formation of varicose veins is just the tip of an iceberg which must be treated if we want to feel lastingly young and dynamic. Naturopathy offers a wide range of options, which are unfortunately used uncritically or inadequately in everyday life. Selective and consistent use of energetic medicines like Schuessler salts or homeopathic remedies has in many cases improved not only general well-being, but also varicose vein condition and made it possible to avoid invasive procedures such as common salt therapy, or surgery in severe cases.
