Overview

Este estudo utiliza a técnica PCR-SSP para avaliar a distribuição alélica e genotípica do gene AKAP lbc, que codifica os antigénios HA-3, na população tunisina. O alelo predominante, HA-3C, representa 90% da frequência deste antigénio. O genótipo mais frequente é o homozigótico HA-3C/HA-3C (80%), seguido do heterozigótico HA-3T/HA-3*C (20%).Estes resultados fundamentais servirão de base de dados para estudos futuros que examinem a associação entre a ocorrência de GVHD e os antigénios de histocompatibilidade menor HA-3 em tunisinos que tenham sido submetidos a transplante de células estaminais hematopoiéticas.
