Dr. Carlson received a B.S. from Duke University and a Ph.D. from Oregon State University. Dr. Carlson is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Society of Toxicology and the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry. Dr. Carlson has extensive publication and peer-review experience in scholarly journals and he has been invited to speak at national and international professional meetings in his area of expertise.
