He is of Paraguayan nationality and grew up in a multicultural environment. He is a professor of biblical subjects and languages, such as Greek and Hebrew, at the Evangelical University of Paraguay. He has been ordained in the Mennonite Brethren Church and is a member of the preacher's guild in his church. He is very interested in the strong impact of the Bible in many lives and, especially, the interpretation and cosmology of the Bible in comparison with the scientific one. As a biblical exegete, he accompanies several biblical translations into native languages in his country.
