Chu is a Faculty Member with the Department of Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Transport and Communications, Hanoi, Vietnam. He is also with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia, and the Crown Institute of Higher Education, Australia. Dinh Thai Hoang is a Faculty Member at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia. Octavia A. Dobre is a Professor and Canada Research Chair Tier-1 at Memorial University, Canada.
