Previously affiliated with NIT Srinagar, University of Kashmir, and Cluster University of Srinagar, India, Dr. Baba has several books to his credit and has also published papers in national and international journals. He is associated with the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, as Project Fellow and was selected for the prestigious Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2015 by the Tempus Public Foundation and University Grants Commission for his PhD program at the University of Kaposvar, Hungary. He is also a columnist for various newspapers, focusing mostly on education. Chitra Krishnan, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Behavioural Science at the Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, India. She is a teaching professional with over 16 years of national and international experience. Before her academic career, she worked in industry in various positions of responsibility.
