Author Information

Clinton Keith is a Certified Scrum Trainer and agile coach who, over the course of 30 years, has gone from programming avionics for advanced fighter jets and underwater robots to overseeing programming for hit video game titles such as Midtown Madness and Midnight Club. Clint has been a programmer, project director, CTO, and director of product development at several studios. Through a series of presentations and his popular blog, Clint introduced the video game industry to Scrum in 2005. He is the author of Agile Game Development with Scrum published in May 2010. Since then he has coached and trained at over 100 game studios. Grant Shonkwiler first started making games when he was 12 years old, starting with modding and programming. Since then he has filled many different roles in the game industry; programmer, lead designer, technical producer and currently producer. His career has taken him from casual games at Megatouch Games, to AAA shooters at id Software and to Epic Games to work on Fortnite. Grant is currently a Production Consultant & Contractor working with all types of teams to create great games! Grant also enjoys building communities within the industry working with the IGDA and the GameDevDrinkup. On the weekends you can find Grant on a Rugby Pitch or jumping out of perfectly good airplanes.
