TaRia Sheppard is an author, publisher, and real estate developer. Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, she is the third oldest out of seven children with three sisters and three brothers. Though not a big fan of organized religion, TaRia believes in having an intimate relationship with God, through the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ. She now lives in Columbus, Ohio where she acquired a number of real estate and construction related professional designations. Specializing in acquisition, mortgage loan origination, insurance, development, leasing, and property management, she has been involved in every facet of the development process from construction to completion. When she is not developing the waste places into usable properties, she enjoys riding her motorcycle and spending time with her family of sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and her dog, Polo.
