Jennifer Schell is the co-founder and organizer of the Garagiste North Wine Festivals that were recognized as one of the top five wine festivals in the world in 2015 in the London Financial Times. She is a food and wine writer, and the author of three international award-winning cookbooks in The Butcher, The Baker, The Wine & Cheese Maker series.
