[Gansevort] was a really good kid's book. The characters are especially lovable to my daughter, the animal lover. The fact that Kat stood up for her friends when they were in trouble with a bully also appealed to my daughter, who has been known to speak up for those who are in need of a friend too. I really liked that message in this book: You don't leave your friends to deal with a bully on their own if you can go in and help them...This is our first Salty Splashes Collection story, and I am sure that we will soon tackle the others. Tracy Tureson, Tracysnook.com and GoodReads, 5/22/13
Gansevort is an imaginative and quirky ending to Kat, Beardsley, Sammy and friends' adventure...The illustrations continue to add to the fun of this book; bright, detailed and animated. The different characters' personalities really shine in this last episode as Kat reveals a little trickery and Beardsley appears to be a good friend. Overall, a wonderful and imaginative trilogy of children's books that would definitely make a splash in any elementary library. Jennifer Szoch, Book Reviewer/Presenter 5/18/13
Gansevort, The King and His Court, was my favorite book because it had a lot of action and you were always thirsty to turn the page and know what's going to happen next. Kat is my favorite character because she is confident and very knowledgable and a risk-taker. Yasmin S, 11, Houston, TX 4/15/13
Gansevort, The King and HIs Court, rounds out Bingham's trilogy with the introduction of the ruthless Gansevort and his yellow-eyed cohorts in the next chapter of Sammy's perpetual adventure. With their vibrant illustrations, animal characters, and clever humor, Bingham's stories are sure to bring home laughter and excitement. Most notably, young readers will be reminded of the importance of teamwork and acceptance. Stella P., Goodreads Reviewer, English Major, Anaheim, CA 5/2/13
I liked these books a lot. Let me list what I liked about them: (

Jennifer Szoch, Book Reviewer/Presenter 5/18/13 I just wanted to touch base and let you know that I presented the entire Salty Splashes Collection at a couple recent workshops and the librarians and teachers loved it! They were saying it was a perfect trilogy for children! Just wanted to pass on some good feedback! Thanks so much.
