From 2005-2007, she lived in Benin, West Africa as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer. She writes regularly for progressive news channels, and has several published chapters on topics ranging from atonement to a nonviolent response to domestic violence. A principle columnist on Metta Center's Daily Metta- a thought for the day on Gandhi's wisdom for our times, she is also the creator of a Parent Power Podcast--a tool for parents to learn the skills of nonviolence that children need from us, and the host of Peace Paradigm Radio--an FM radio program and podcast about how nonviolence works. A meditator, in her free time she teaches at Montessori, spins cotton, and weaves, all in the Gandhian spirit. This is her first book. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
