Author Information

Zhu Han is a John and Rebecca Moores Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as the Computer Science Department at the University of Houston and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Dusit Niyato is a professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Walid Saad is an associate professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Tamer Başar is the Swanlund Endowed Chair, CAS Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and director of the Center for Advanced Study at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC), and Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM), and a member of the National Academy of Engineering (NAE).
