Dr. Jeff Gauer arrived at Gallaudet University in 2005 after a distinguished 20-year business career in international management. For three years, Dr. Gauer taught (in sign language) a variety of Gallaudet business courses such as Human Resources Management, Business Ethics, and Management and Organizational Behavior. While on medical leave in 2008 for back surgery, Dr. Gauer completed his doctoral degree yet his return to work at Gallaudet was sabotaged by Jeff's department chair and dean. Gallaudet Exposed is an in-depth report on Dr. Gauer's treatment and his three-year quest for an apology and restitution.
