Reviews

This book is a very comprehensive and detailed compilation of the major trends shaping the future of the marketplace. And each trend is accompanied by an outline of what it implies for business decision-makers. This is the book that business strategists need to bring the future into sharp focus today. With these insights in hand, opportunities for success will become readily apparent. I recommend this book for strategists focused on shaping the future for competitive advantage. -- J. Walker Smith, Chief Knowledge Officer, Kantar Consulting

It is a panoramic view of the broad trends across the entire landscape of our society that will enable both current and aspiring business leaders to make wise decisions that ultimately impact their own lives and those of their customers. It is not about the hip or the au currant cool; instead, it is about the built-to-last changes that will affect people like you and me. And that is what a great business book should be about. -- John Zogby, Founder of the Zogby Poll; Senior Analyst, John Zogby Strategies
