Table of ContentsReviewsCapstone Press recently sent me some wonderful Kids Cookbooks to try out and I couldn't wait to try some of the recipes from Funky Chicken Enchiladas and Other Mexican Dishes! The book is aimed and Grades 1-3 and includes everything from cheesy quesadillas to the enchiladas to guacamole to wedding cookies! I like how in the beginning of the books they show illustrations of the cooking items needed for cooking with the book. It gives kids a better idea of what is needed to cook with! Each recipe has a list of ingredients AND a list of tools needed for it. THEN each step is ILLUSTRATED (isn't that a great idea-don't you wish ALL cookbooks were like that?). Most of the recipes were very simple and pretty much the ones we normally use!-- Bless their Hearts Mom Blog This simple cookbook offers appealing treats for nearly every taste and at a range of ability levels. The 13 dishes in each volume...sure to pique the interest of budding chefs. This simple cookbook offers appealing treats for nearly every taste and at a range of ability levels.
